A Word from the Chef
High-quality ingredients and cooperation with local suppliers are the foundation of everything we do in the kitchen. At the restaurant, we focus on traditional Czech cuisine with a modern touch, complemented by a selection of popular international dishes.
The quality of the dishes at Restaurant Zátiší is overseen by Head Chef Petr Končický, in collaboration with chef Michal Křivan and the entire team,
who pay close attention to the freshness of ingredients and the final taste of every dish.
We wish you a pleasant dining experience and hope you truly enjoy our cuisine.
Breakfast
A hot and cold buffet for our guests is included within the total price served from 07:00 to 10:30.
For non-hotel guests, the price for 1 person is 380 CZK.
Lunch and Dinner
Hotel Zátiší restaurant with terrace offers daily from 17:00 to 22:00, on selected days since from 12:00, specialties of modern Czech and international cuisine, as well as selected local and international wines.
The restaurant has 75 seats.
Half board dinner
Dinner is served either as a buffet or as a served 3-course menu with a salad buffet.
In the case of the served menu, the soup and dessert are fixed (according to the chef’s selection), while the main course can be chosen from the current à la carte menu.

Bowling bar
Looking for a place for fun as well as a pleasant time with music?
Our bowling bar, located in the basement of the hotel, is the perfect choice for both relaxation and active entertainment.
The bar features 2 bowling lanes (with children’s bumpers), 2 billiard tables, table football for children and adults, as well as 2 spacious playrooms.
From part of the bar, you can also see directly into one of the playrooms, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on their children.
Throughout the opening hours, you can enjoy a wide selection of drinks, quality wines and other beverages.
We will be happy to serve you from the hotel restaurant.
